Manufacturer's warranty

As the manufacturer, VIDIAMO, headquartered in Neuilly sur Seine, distributes Vidiamo strollers and accessories (hereinafter, individually and collectively, "product") covered by a warranty, in accordance with the following conditions:

1. The manufacturer's warranty period is 24 months from the purchase date indicated on the receipt. The remaining warranty for the original product will apply in the event of replacement of a part or the product itself, or repair of the product.

2. This manufacturer's warranty applies only in the regions (United States, Europe, Japan, or Israel) where the product was purchased. Vidiamo guarantees the product's compliance only with the legal provisions and/or government regulations applicable in the regions where the product was sold. Vidiamo reserves the right to apply a different warranty for these specific regions.

3. The manufacturer's warranty covers only the product purchased for private use. It expressly does not cover any product used for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, products intended for rental.

4. The manufacturer's warranty entitles you to a repair unless Vidiamo deems a replacement or return of the product necessary. Vidiamo will bear the costs and risks associated with transporting the products to and from the retailer (hereinafter, the "reseller") from whom you purchased the product, provided that the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

5. Vidiamo reserves the right to stop production of a specific model, color, finish or accessory and, in this case, will replace the defective part during the warranty period with an equivalent product, color or finish.

6. Any claim under this guarantee must be filed with Vidiamo and must include the following elements:

A copy of the dated proof of purchase
A clear description of the claim
The defective product and/or photographs of the defective part or product

7. This warranty is not transferable and can therefore only be invoked by the first owner.

8. It does not affect your statutory rights in any way, such as the right to hold the reseller liable for defects.

WHAT DOES THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY COVER?

This warranty applies to the product and covers the following:

All manufacturing defects in the chassis and wheels
All manufacturing defects in the adapters (adapters for car seats)
Zippers
All the components of your Vidiamo stroller harness
The seams of the garment
Velcro straps
The color scheme

THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED:

If you have made any modifications or repairs yourself or through a third party without having first received written authorization from Vidiamo or the reseller.
If the defects result from negligence or accident and/or use or maintenance not in accordance with the instructions in the user guide.
If the serial number has been damaged or removed.
If the damage is due to normal wear and tear of the product.
In case of incorrect installation or assembly of parts from other manufacturers that are not compatible with the product.
In case of accidental or unintentional damage, improper use or negligence.
In case of improper storage or maintenance of the product.
In case of damage to the handle or fabric materials resulting from normal daily use of the product.
In case of holes or tears in the wheels.
In case of damage due to improper use or failure to follow the instructions in the user guide.
In case of damage due to repairs carried out by unauthorized persons, or to improper disassembly of the product.
In case of damage related to transport (by air or other means): After any transport by an airline (or other carrier), carefully inspect your Vidiamo product. In case of damage, immediately file a claim with the carrier.
In case of customer dissatisfaction with regard to the size, weight, features, color or style of the product.

IMPORTANT

The manufacturer's warranty for this product is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase shown on your proof of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase in a safe place and make a copy. If you wish to make a claim under this manufacturer's warranty, please contact your retailer first. If they are unable to repair the defect, or if you purchased your product directly from Vidiamo, please contact us by email at info@vidiamo.com or by phone at +33688473597. For any claims not covered by the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact your retailer.

Vidiamo reserves the right to modify these manufacturer's warranty provisions.

SPARE PARTS
